Additional Pets

Please add $5 per day for each additional pet that will need care. This includes: Birds, Hamsters, Guinea Pigs and Rabbits.
(Sorry no exotic pets that require live feedings)

For MANY reasons we do not offer every other day visits.

A $10 fee is applied each time a key exchange is needed, whether it be a key pick up or drop off.  To avoid this cost, it is advised to have your key held in trust in our safe.

THE DAYS LISTED BELOW ARE SUBJECT TO A $10 PER VISIT PREMIUM IN ADDITION TO THE REGULAR RATE:

LATE BOOKING FEE:

ANY BOOKING ​3 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE WILL BE CHARGED A LATE BOOKING FEE OF $50 FOR NEW CLIENTS AND $30 FOR EXISTING CLIENTS

CANCELLATION POLICY:

ANY DEPOSIT PAID WILL BE HELD AS A CREDIT SHOULD THE BOOKING BE CANCELLED 3 DAYS BEFORE THE START DATE. IF THE BOOKING IS CANCELLED LESS THAN 3 DAYS BEFORE THE START DATE, ANY DEPOSIT MADE IS UNREFUNDABLE.
SHOULD ANY VISITS BE CANCELLED DURING THE DURATION OF THE BOOKING, ALL FUNDS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BASED ON THE ORIGINAL INVOICE PROVIDED.
