CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a strict no refund policy. Upon booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the total on the quote received and the deposit made is non-refundable. In order to receive a full credit to use at a later date, cancellation must be requested in writing to [email protected] more than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled start date. If cancelling within 7 days of the start date and up to 2 days prior, we can only issue a full credit. If cancelling within 48 hours of your booking or during your booking, no credits will be issued.
